Cancellation & Terms
Deposit & Final Payment
The $500 Deposit secures your place in the trek, and No bookings will be made until the deposit is paid. This may result in missing the opportunity to be involved, so we suggest you book early.
Once your deposit is paid, your trek place & price is secure.
Balance is due 5 weeks prior to your selected trek.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 Days, after which we reserve the right to increase costs.
Note: Only due to changes beyond our control, such as the exchange rate between Australia and PNG, and/or unexpected increases in outsourced services costs (charter, accommodating, tranports, fees etc) and/or review of trek package and prices, will prices be increased.

Cancellation
If a cancellation is made:

Before 30 days prior to your selected trek, a $250 cancellation fee applies (per trekker).

Between 15 & 30 days prior to your selected trek, a $500 cancellation fee applies (per trekker).

Between 1 & 14 days prior to your selected trek, 100% of personal trekking package price will be charged ( We can assist with travel insurance claim).
Should you require to cancel your trek as mentioned above - You are able to keep your shirt and book etc. that has been sent to you. - Should you need to cancel your trek, remaining balance can be transferred to another trek less your cancellation fee.
We do not have minimum numbers however should numbers for your selected trek decrease below 5 people, you may be required to pay a small group fee. This does not happen very often, so if you have any questions regarding this just ask.
