Building Projects

Investa Treks exist to invest into PNG and make a difference in the lives of real people, those who are financially less fortunate, and just one way we do this is through our donated building projects.

Teams of people join together towards a common goal. Despite some of the challenges that come from working in a less developed country the team work together to complete the building project at hand.

We work with locals who gain experience, and who enjoy the benefits of the outcome of the project.

Trekkers are able to use any of their skills, from making coffee - trades, simply mixing with the locals etc, trekkers soon make their mark and leave an impression on the lives of their new friends.

Our Building Projects are very impacting and memorable, and trekkers return to do it again.

On 2010 our building project was in a village in the Owen Stanley Range called Seba (3 hours from Port Moresby).

The 2011 project was at a fishing village 1 hour east of Port Moresby, and the project was very successful with the impact on all involved life changing.

2012 involved 3 projects. July had a group out at Kerema in the gulf province building a training and education centre. September involved building an Elementary School being built at Vesilogo. November had the restoration of a Child Care in Port Moresby.

July 2013 will be at the village of Gabadi. The project will involve a church and community centre, as well as a house. This is a small village and there is opportunity for our team to be very impacted by the village stay and working along side the locals.

We need help from the skilled and unskilled and donations to assist with the project.

If you have ever wanted to give back in another culture, if you have ever wanted to get a different perspective on life, I encourage you to join a building project team, and be impacted.

2013 is yet another exciting year, and with the demand and need so high, we seek your assistance to help our neighbours.

Our Building Project package is just $1595
